As the owners of Creative Crafts in Scarborough, we are proud to be part of an ever-expanding group of local independent shops and businesses.

Returns Policy:

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days and are entitled to a full refund including standard shipping.

The refund will be made to the original purchaser via the payment method used to make the purchase and may take up to 10 days from receipt of the return of the item(s).

Items must be in original packaging unworn, unopened and in saleable condition unless faulty.

If the item is broken or damaged, unuseable or not as advertised you are entitled to a full refund.

Body Jewellery cannot be refunded if the packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
