Allow me to introduce myself. My name is herbert and I am a siamese cat.
As to why I've been asked to write a blog is simply beyond me, I'm a cat for crying out loud. I like to spend my days sleeping in the sunshine, eating and breaking into other people's houses in search of chicken. There are many stories about my adventures and they are all TRUE!!
Why am I writing this blog? Well, after the initial conversations with the bipeds that are my servants, it was made clear that they needed some kind of cute gimmick to tell you what is going on at Creative Crafts Scarborough. This makes little sense to me as I'm a cat, but there you go. It's all smoke and mirrors really, they are trying to distract you!!
Trev is currently doing some big stuff in the background on the website to keep it up-to-date and to make it an easier place for you to have a look around.
You may have clicked on the "Blogs" link on the front page hoping to find some terribly interesting information and how-to guides, sadly, I have hijacked these temporarily and as mentioned before, I'm here to distract you while the builders are in sorting it all out. However, if you do want to have a look at these pages you can click here - they are out of date though!
There is now a search bar in the main shop area. This isn't an ideal search tool as it gives you adverts for the first three or four search results, we ask you to ignore these as those pesky people who created it have decided they need to make money! Hopefully, this will point you in the right direction for all the products you are looking for.
Stuff for sale
Creative Crafts has been known for trying to find unique products and gifts and they are constantly knocking on the doors or suppliers to make sure there is always different stuff in the shop and on the website. They also offer a challenge to their friends that if they don't have it, they will try and find it.
I once asked them to get me a throne fit for a king but I think it fell on deaf ears personally.
I am going to sign off for now, I can smell chicken coming from a house nearby and I can hear it calling my name on the wind. It might be Auntie Jane next door, I know how to look very hungry and sad at her kitchen window. I also know how to open her door and break into her fridge but more about that later.
So, until next time, stay sassy, stay safe and if you see me walking through your garden, bring me chicken servant!!
